Luxury Self Catering Apartments in Fort William
We offer three contemporary self-catering studio apartments in Fort William, designed for active stays in all seasons. Guests benefit from complimentary access to the Ben Nevis Leisure Club, along with purpose-built drying and storage facilities, allowing wet clothing and outdoor equipment to dry overnight.

Aspen Apartment
New September 2026 – Aspen is a beautifully designed apartment for two, with a 3.6m glazed frontage offering spectacular panoramic views. A luxurious king-size bed, spacious shower room and carefully considered interiors provide a comfortable and relaxing Highland retreat.
Birch Apartment
The Birch Apartment benefits from an east-facing aspect, capturing the morning light. Large windows offer open views across Loch Linnhe toward the Corpach Hills and the entrance to the Great Glen.
Cedar Apartment
The Cedar Apartment benefits from a south-west–facing aspect, positioned to capture the evening light and uninterrupted sunsets across Loch Linnhe toward the Ardgour Hills.
On arrival
Your apartment will be prepared with fresh, high-quality towels and bed linen. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits are provided, along with essentials such as cloths, tea towels and cleaning products.
Wellness experience
All guests receive complimentary access to the nearby Ben Nevis Leisure Club, including a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym — ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Connectivity and comfort
Complimentary high-speed fibre Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) is available throughout the apartments. Both apartments feature underfloor heating, and high-quality furnishings for year-round comfort.
Sleeping
Each apartment has a double bed (Aspen Apartment – king size bed). Cedar and Birch apartment offer additional flexibility as they are also equipped with a double sofa bed. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Kitchen
The apartments include contemporary, well-equipped kitchens with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer and microwave. If there is something you need that is not provided, please let us know.
Private parking
Dedicated private off-street parking is available for all guests in the on-site car park.
Bike storage
A secure bike storage area is located directly outside the apartments. A hose is available for bike washing, along with a selection of tools on request.
